The Modernization Program involved the challenge of renovating an existing 30,000 sq.ft. building (interior and exterior) without negatively affecting the daily operations. Some of the work was completed during evening and weekend shifts to minimize disturbances to our clients and staff. Wii Projects was responsible for all major components of the relocation project including: establishing a cost-effective design and presentation to link our two adjacent sites together; facilitation of the required architectural drawings and city permitting; replacing the exterior commercial glazing along with the relocating of our front entrance on the exterior wall; design and construction of our new/existing pylon site signage; interior design and construction of second floor offices and main floor showroom .

The new space, particular the lunchroom, show very well and we had a number of very positive comments from staff and visitors to the space earlier this week. Wii Projects managed the build out of our Pharmacy and Medical Clinic over a span of 60 days. A tight timeline but Wii Projects were extremely organized, making decisions along the way easy as timelines were appropriately understood.
